Data Protection

Any personal information provided to us by customers or clients will NOT be passed on to third parties. Personal card details that are provided to enable payment to us via credit/debit cards will be destroyed once payment has been approved. If you choose to reserve seats on a trip via our Contact web page, you should not provide all card details within the body on one single message, but use at least 2 separate messages to improve security. Never provide Card Number AND Security Code in the same message or email . We only use cookies on our website to monitor the number of visitors - we do not record or store any information about you.

Payment Terms

All tours must be paid for in full prior to departure, either by credit/debit card or cash.

Cancellations

Passenger safety is our priority and we reserve the right to cancel any bookings where we believe weather or traffic conditions make it hazardous.  In such cases passengers will be entitled to a full refund.

If you decide to cancel a tour and you provide less than 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to the tour starting, then we regret that no refund will be given.
